| RWA, together with their technology partner, Analysis Factory, LLC, has designed a case management and reporting system especially for practicing Ombuds. |

We designed OmTrends especially for Ombuds; it is not a system adapted from other applications. Ombuds can gather data important to their practice, such as: anonymity requested, action taken, formal channel handling the case (referral), whom the issue is about, impact of issue, etc. |

We have incorporated ideas gleaned from our years of experience as practicing Ombuds and working with various organizations as Ombuds consultants. We have also received input from Ombuds professionals. |
