| RWA will assist in defining needs, and executing plans for successful implementation of change. A change management plan will include: |

Vision: Purpose and desired outcome of change |

Sponsorship: Change sponsors, their roles and content of their communications |

Cultural and strategy alignment: Impact that change will have on existing culture, strategies and goals; actions to address change impact |
| • |
Targets of change: Individuals to be impacted by change; nature and extent of the impact; plan to gain targets' acceptance of change |
| • |
Change agents: Support, resources and processes (e.g. training, project planning, etc.) needed for successful implementation of change |
| • |
Communications: Communications methods and content of the communications for a successful announcement and implementation |
